Let us take the worry out of your operational and ground handling requirements. Your aircraft and crew are in safe, trustworthy hands when you select Air Center One as your preferred ground handler. Our Ground Service Equipment can handle all aircraft up to Airbus A319 and 320’s, Boeing 737-BBJ and B757.

Flight Planning:

Crew NOTAM, weather briefing and global computerised flight planning services are available. Ask for a copy of our special Queenstown Pilot arrival briefing and check out our approach video on the video page.

Internet/Wireless Access:

Free  Internet and wireless access are available in our FBO/Corporate Jet Terminal

Crew Hotel reservations:

Take advantage of our FBO crew rates at all the premium hotels. You get our rate with no commissions added.

Secure crew and passenger ground transportation:

Our preferred ground transportation contractors provide the security of late model vehicles with drivers well versed in the requirements of the premium traveller market.

Crew Car:

A crew car with GPS is available for the use of visiting flight crews.

One Billing Invoice:

Payment of all landing, parking fees and airport charges, catering, crew and pax ground transport, ATC Air Nav charges, ground handling fees, CIQ charges are made on one invoice.

South Pacific Island landing permits and clearances:

If you plan on operating through Pago Pago, Samoa, Fiji, Tonga, Rarotonga, Nuie or Tahiti we can obtain your landing permit /PPR, arrange ground handling and provide advice on operations to these locations.

Fuel:

Fuel is available via Air BP, Caltex, Exxon Mobil, Shell, Air BP Sterling card, Air Routing Fuel Card, AVCARD, UVAIR, and World Fuel. We are not aligned to any fuel supplier and will get you the best fuel price available.

Catering:

Gourmet catering is an important part of our service. However each customer’s tastes are different and so your catering order will be tailored to exactly meet your needs. You can select from a variety of breakfast items, appetizers, lunch and dinner selections, salads, dessert and other speciality items.
In order to provide you with the best of gourmet catering we would prefer 12 hours notice or more for all your catering orders. Surcharges apply for short notice catering orders.

Aircraft Hangar facilities:

We have two secure, alarmed hangars available at Auckland for overnight or long term stays. Reservations are recommended.

VHF Operational Frequency:

The Air Center One Operational network frequency is 131.7 MHz throughout New Zealand. Please contact us 150 nms out from your destination.

Taking care of your aircraft on the ground:

We have a full range of GSE equipment including aircraft push back tugs capable of towing all aircraft up to B757, B737-BBJ and Airbus A319’s, tow bars/tow heads/gear pins for all corporate aircraft, toilet service cart, potable water, baggage trolleys, GPU’s, JCPL’s and access steps.

Engineering Support:

We have Bombardier, Cessna, Beechcraft, Dassault and Gulfstream factory qualified engineers available to support your aircraft.

A New Zealand Wide Ground handling Network:

Air Center One Corporate Aircraft Ground handling services are also available at Hamilton, Rotorua, Napier, Taupo, Palmerston North, Nelson, Blenheim, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown airports through our New Zealand wide ground handling network. Capital Jet Services are our partner FBO at Wellington International Airport. Main Entry airports are Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch, Queenstown and Dunedin. We can arrange Customs approval for other airports upon request.

Credit for services:

We accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA and Air BP Sterling Card for all services or we can invoice with prior arrangements. Credit is also available via Air Routing International, AIRINC, Base Ops, COLT International, Jeppesen Data Plan, JETEX, Sky Plan Services and UVAIR.
